1. Personal Identification – One of the documents below may be used to verify your identity. Please ensure all four (4) corners of the document, your full name, photo, date of birth, and expiration date are visible.

2. Address Verification – One of the below documents may be used to validate your address. The document must have been issued within the last 3 months and display your full name, address, the sender’s logo/name, and the date.
- Utility Bill
- Copy of Credit Card statement
- Copy of Bank Statement
If you have opted-in for Paperless Statements, or you do not receive physical mail with your mobile or utility service provider, you may contact them for further instructions on downloading your statement(s) online.
3. Payment Verification – One of the following documents may be used to validate your payment details used to facilitate your deposit and/or withdrawal from your Jackpocket Casino account.
- Copies of the front and back of your Credit or Debit Card (s) used to deposit into your Jackpocket Casino account. Please ensure the following details are clearly visible when submitting your documents:
- All 4 corners of the card
- The first 6 and the last 4 digits of the card number
- Your complete name
- Expiry date
- For your own safety, please cover the remaining digits and the 3-digit CVV/CVC code on the back of the card.
- Copy of an Account Statement for the bank account used on your Jackpocket Casino account.
- The billing period must be within the last 3 months.
- Your full name and address must be visible.
- The complete account number must be visible
- The sender’s logo/name should be shown
Photos taken with your mobile camera, tablet or laptop are accepted as proof if they are taken with adequate lighting conditions and quality. All documents should be sent to support@jackpocketcasino.com.
